Shipping/Packages

Slather Skin Care products are made from scratch, so please allow a turn around time of up to 10 business days. Once your product is lovingly packed and ready to ship, times may vary depending on the shipping method selected. Once the product has been shipped, the time it takes a package to be delivered is very dependent on the courier company. It is asked that you refer to the tracking provided for updates on your package.

Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided during your checkout process. If a package is returned or delivered to the incorrect address, additional shipping fees will be the responsibilty or yourself in order for redilvery of your order.

Once your package has been shipped, Slather Skin Care LLC is no longer responsible for it. After this point, any lost or stolen package(s) is the responsibilty of USPS or the chosen mailing service. If a package(s) has been marked as delivered but not received, please allow 1-2 business days for the package(s) to appear as it can be common for delay.

If your package(s) appears to be lost, damaged or stolen, contacting the shipping company will be the course of action needed to come to a resolve. They will be able to further assist you.

Returns

Due to the nature of Slather Skin Care Products, returns are not accepted. Please take in to consideration that although every precaution is taken and products are tested thoroughly, melting of Whipped Body Butters may occur during warm or high temperatures. Product can be solidified once stored at room temperature or placed in a cold environment.
If upon arrival your product has been damaged or appears to be incorrect, photographic proof will need to be provided in order for a resolution.

Exchanges & Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested within 1 hour of your initial purchase. Once this window has closed, cancellations or issuance of refunds will no longer be available.
Exchanges will not be accepted due to the nature of Slather Skin Care products.
